All candidates are screened for English fluency (minimum C1). Most have prior experience working with US, UK, or Israeli teams, so cultural alignment is strong from day one.
Average is 14 days from discovery call to first day of work. Highly specialized or senior roles may take 21 to 28 days — we'll tell you upfront based on the role.
